Ciara Nolan

Ciara Nolan is the Project Manager for Center Forward. In this position, she handles the organization’s special projects and research.

Before joining Center Forward, she completed a research fellowship in the city of Belfast in Northern Ireland studying human rights in the UK post-Brexit. Ciara interned on Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin’s (D-MI) campaign in 2020 and later had an internship at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) within the Department of Transportation.

Born and raised in Michigan, Ciara graduated from the University of Michigan in 2022 with high honors in Political Science and International Studies. In college, she served for two years on the executive board of WeListen, a bipartisan discussion group.

Outside of work, Ciara enjoys listening to podcasts, crocheting, and going to the Dupont Farmers Market.
