Center Forward strives to bring together policymakers and influencers on both sides of the aisle to find common sense solutions to the problems facing Americans. We work towards our mission to find common ground in Washington and beyond through our convening dialogue and discussion, educational documents, research, and insights.

Fostering Dialogue

At Center Forward, we believe in fostering meaningful dialogue and collaboration among a diverse group of stakeholders to drive positive change in policymaking. Our events feature a variety of formats, including informative panel discussions, government staff briefings featuring expert witnesses, interactive roundtable discussions, policy conferences, networking receptions, and much more. Through these gatherings, we provide a platform for sharing insights, exchanging ideas, and building consensus on critical issues.

Education

Many of the issues facing our country are extraordinarily complex and nuanced. In order to understand these policy issues and the various perspectives around them, elected leaders, government staff, the public, industry, and nonprofits must first have an objective basic knowledge that is rooted in fact. Center Forward’s Basics series presents complicated issues in a non-partisan and easy-to-understand manner.

Polling & Research

In an effort to educate key leaders on and off Capitol Hill, Center Forward regularly conducts independent research on important issues of the day, including opinion research on how to best communicate those ideas to the general public. As a nonprofit organization with a reputation for rising above partisan politics, Center Forward is uniquely positioned to present this information to policymakers, as well as other influencers in Washington, D.C. and around the country.
