Ellie Gustafson is the Trade Program Coordinator at Center Forward. She joined the team in November 2025 and supports trade-focused programming and operations.

Before joining Center Forward, Ellie was a Program Coordinator at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems supporting democratic resilience and good governance programming in Papua New Guinea and the Autonomous Region of Bougainville. She also completed a two-year Fulbright grant in Vietnam, where she led national youth mentorship programming through the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi and developed sexual violence prevention curriculum for high school students and young adults.

Ellie graduated from the University of Maryland with dual degrees in Public Policy and Economics. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, trying new recipes, and spending time with friends and family.
